At Extraswiftincred, we're committed to providing high-quality, eco-friendly beauty products and services. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for product returns, service cancellations, and refunds.
1. PRODUCT RETURNS
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product has not been used or opened
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened beauty products, regardless of condition.
Return Process

- Bring the product to our salon with your receipt within 14 days of purchase
- Our staff will inspect the product to confirm it meets our return criteria
- Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used or opened
- Products without original packaging
2. SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
- 12-24 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
- No-show: 100% of the service fee may be charged

Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a service you received:
- Please notify us within 7 days of your service
- We will offer you a complimentary touch-up appointment
- If you are still not satisfied after the touch-up, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion
3. REFUND PROCESSING
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Cash Payments: Immediate cash refund if in-store, or by check if requested
- Gift Card Purchases: Refunded to a new gift card
Processing Time
Please allow the following processing times for refunds:
- In-store returns: Processed immediately
- Credit/debit card refunds: 2-3 business days to process, plus 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit
- Check refunds (if applicable): 7-10 business days for delivery
4. EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange unused, unopened products for another item of equal or greater value (you'll pay the difference). Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
- You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product
